Right of Withdraw

Welcome to VIVE.Amsterdam, where quality and affordability go hand in hand. Our products are sourced directly from selected suppliers in China, ensuring efficient delivery and competitive prices.

Returns to China: In the event that you wish to return a product, it is important to note that returns must be sent to our logistics center in China. This is an essential part of our business model that helps us keep costs low for all our customers. We therefore kindly ask you to bear the costs of returns yourself.

Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team. Our team is here to guide you through the returns process and ensure everything goes smoothly.

This policy is based on the following pillars:

  1. Cost savings: We keep our prices low by waiving additional shipping and return costs.
  2. Efficient Direct Delivery: Delivery directly from China reduces intermediate steps and speeds up delivery.
  3. Sustainability: Our model contributes to less transport and a lower ecological footprint.
  4. Responsible Buying: By asking customers to pay the return costs themselves, we promote conscious purchasing decisions.

Our goal is always to exceed your expectations and we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you need assistance with a return, our customer service team is here to support you.

Section 2.

Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return an item. After 14 days, we unfortunately can no longer offer an exchange or refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines).
  • Hygienic or sanitary articles.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/hygiene products.

    Refunds:

    • After inspecting the return shipment, we will inform you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be automatically applied to the original payment method.

    Late or missing refunds:

    Exchange:

    Gifts:

    • If an item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item.

    Return Shipping:

    • Shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.
    • For items over €75, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance.
